Thursday 7pm – Athlete Recovery Yoga

This low-intensity flow increases blood flow to help repair muscle damage and reduce achiness. This practice increases balance, mental focus, body awareness, and mobility to help you advance your overall performance. You can expect long holds and poses that allow you to release and decompress both physically and mentally.

Included in membership, $25 drop-in fee for non-members.
