Q: What do I need to know before I plunge?
A: If it’s your first time doing a cold plunge, please let our staff know! We are experienced in the process, and can help walk you through what to expect as well as breathing techniques and strategies for a successful plunge.

Joseph Dominguez

I  have been a fitness professional for the last 10 years.  I kind of fell into it by accident. I started out by training with friends and people that asked me to train them in the gym. I did that for several years just for fun.  For my career I owned a successful Property and Casualty Insurance Agency for 20 years. At the end I was burning out and the only stress relief I had was the gym.  I  knew that life, was no  longer for me. I sold the agency and got certified as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach and suddenly I had 10 full time clients. I loved it! I really enjoy training and coaching.  It is such a pleasure to see my clients make their goals and to see how happy they are.  A couple of years later Socrates contacted me about a business he and Michelle were opening and we decided to meet. I was blown away by their never done before  new concept. I didn’t know about breath-work or cold plunge until I experienced it with them.  I knew they were right  about this and we Had to bring it to the world.  Now, I truly love the community we are building and seeing everyone’s smiling happy faces. I get so excited when we have a “newbie”.  I am honored to be a part of the team and thankful for our amazing members.
