Athlete Recovery Yoga

Whether you're an athlete, weightlifter, runner, or gym-goer, you've probably experienced muscle soreness after training. This class is designed to reduce muscular tension and help promote optimal recovery so you can tackle that next training session.

This low-intensity flow increases blood flow to help repair muscle damage and reduce achiness. This practice increases balance, mental focus, body awareness, and mobility to help you advance your overall performance. You can expect long holds and poses that allow you to release and decompress both physically and mentally.
